
Conshohocken Bakery bought it's first major oven back in 1987. After it arrived we decided to have it blessed by God. We had it blessed to keep in our Italian family tradition and faith.
So when we bought a brand new oven not too long ago we knew what our priorities were. Family tradition and faith will remain important to us every day as it has been since the Conshy Bakery opened it doors back in 1973.

Duuuun Dun, Dun Duuun...I bet you never thought of a bakery as a wedding chapel. Well we never did either until our beloved Betty Caroluzzi married Lou Bidus behind the Conshy counter!
From their Hollywood beginning, Betty and Lou were off to a unique start. When they were ready to take that next step Betty knew exactly where she wanted to do it and without hesitation she had the bakery transformed into a beautiful wedding venue.

So many people nowadays try to set world records, but how many can say they've actually done it?
And there are so many different categories of world records, some are very impressive, some are just plain pointless, and some are extremely significant. Our record falls into this last category. We like to think that we have truly made a big impact on our world. Our great grandkids will look back on us after we're all dead and be proud to remember that we were able to accomplish this.
